浩海环保绞吸式挖泥船是利用吸水管前端围绕吸水管装设旋转绞刀装置，将河底泥沙进行切割和搅动，再经吸泥管将绞起的泥沙物料，借助强大的泵力，输送到泥沙物料堆积场，它的挖泥、运泥、卸泥等工作过程，可以一次连续完成，它是一种效率高、成本较低的挖泥船，是良好的水下挖掘机械。全长是指船体长度加上绞吸架伸出长度之和。挖泥泵由主机直接带动，铰刀头由电机或液压机构带动.与绞吸船配备的要有工作船，负责抛锚和起锚.
